I love this massage chair that I got as a Christmas present. I was enjoying it too much and left on the heat thus causing it to quickly overheat and die. Never got it to work again. So I exchanged it and never used the heat button at all. Now after one month it just simply doesn't work. Maybe it's the fact that we used it a lot but how disappointing.
