This is a very effective provider of relief for back pain due to deposits of folic and lactic acids. It really offers a gentle massage if you follow the directions, especially not lying or leaning too strong into the pad. Using a hot shower before the pad helps to speed up the process nicely. "TWO THUMBS UP"

I had purchased this Homedics SBM-300H for my 83 year old father for Christmas last year, and he loves it. I've used it a few times while visiting him and decided to purchase one for my husband for Father's Day. The cushion has helped my dad's lower back pain quite a bit. After using it, he reports that he has more flexibility since the massaging tends to help loosen up his lower back muscles. I'm hoping that my husband will have the same results. Truth be known, I'm hoping to see some benefits myself. : )Customer Review: Fabulous!

Not much to say except I wish I would have purchased it long ago. It works. Only drawback is that if you are tall (6') your extreme upper back doesn't receive the full benefit of the rollers.
