Customer Reviews of Huggies Natural Care Baby Wipes, Fragrance-Free, Refill, 216-Count Pack (Pack of 3). 648 total wipes

Customer Review: Ok, leaves a lot of lint
Summary: 3 Stars

The refills come in a stack in a reclosable bag. Each wipe is separated by a preforation (kind of like paper towels).

Pros:
+ Thick, feels like the consistency of a soft, wet, papertowel
+ Strong enough (but not abrasive) to rub/wipe off thick or dried poop
+ Truly fragrance and alcohol free
+ Cute design on the wipes (teddy bear impressions stamped on the wipes)

Cons:
- Leaves A LOT of lint behind
- Single wipes don't always separate easily, so you either pull more than one out at the same time or the following wipe falls back into the bin and you have to open the top to fix it
- The wipes are so soft, that sometimes the wipes tear
- The refills come in one large stack, sometimes a plastic divider is randomly placed in the stack(probably where their production line ends and a new stack starts) so you have to judge how much to pull out of the bag and sometimes if the plastic divider is there, then you can only put a small amount and have to refill more often
- I've also noticed that the top of the stack isn't as moist until you get to the bottom of a stack (all the liquid must trickle down)

I originally started off using this wipe when my son was born 2 months ago. I really liked them at first since I wasn't too thrilled with the Pampers wipes that they use at the hospital. The more I use them, the more I realize that I don't really care for them too much.... but I had just ordered 2 cases of refills through Amazon, so I guess I'm stuck with them for awhile.

Customer Review: Good wipes good value
Summary: 5 Stars

I have two kids both still in diapers. Over the years I have mixed and matched and tried various brands of both wipes and diapers and for the wipes I found nothing beats the Huggies brand wipes.

First the pros:
- My older son has very sensitive skin and these fragrance free baby wipes have been very gentle on his sore bottom.
- They are thick and not overly wet, perfect for cleaning up diaper messes.
- They pop up out of the box easily and don't get stuck very often.

Cons:
- I don't know about other moms but honestly I don't get the separators that come in these bags. The wipes come with 2 dividers which gives you three stacks in one bag. Presumably you are supposed to put the stack in to an empty huggies wipes box but honestly taht stack is too big and the box won't close. You either end up with dried out wipes because you try to over stuff or you eventually end up with a couple mismatched stacks. When you are fishing for a wipe and have a nasty mess... yeah not fun!

As with all products I also recommend that you price shop but that is neither a pro or a con. I do however recommend these wipes I think they are an excellent product.

Customer Review: Love these wipes
Summary: 4 Stars

I really love these wipes. I've tried all the other brands and I find these to be the best at cleaning up baby messes (ahem).

I'd like to address some other reviewers' comments that these wipes are rough. I've used all the other brands, and I find the other brands to be soooo soft and lubricated and slick that they don't take anything off my baby's skin. They just slide right over the poop. I have to press much harder to get anything off, which negates how "soft" they are.

These wipes aren't rough at all, but they are not as smooth or slick as others. Because of this, Huggies wipes do a better job of removing poop, in my opinion.

There is one thing I don't like about these wipes: Every 4th or 5th wipe isn't quite perforated from the next, so when I pull one out, they don't break free and 2 come out. This inevitably happens when I have a huge mess, and have my baby suspended in the air by 1 leg, and I can't tear them apart myself. They then (of course) fold at inconvenient spots and just get in the way. I hate that. But I can overlook that because they do such a good job. I'd definitely recommend them.

Customer Review: "Natural" wipes but contain Parabens?
Summary: 1 Stars

Ingredient List with explanations: water, POTASSIUM LAURETH PHOSPHATE, glycerin, Polysorbate 20, TETRASODIUM EDTA (Penetration enhancer - alters skin structure, allows other chemicals to penetrate deeper into the skin), DMDM HYDANTOIN (Human skin toxicant - strong evidence), METHYLPARABEN (Methylparaben is in the paraben family of preservatives used by the food, pharmaceutical, and personal care product industries. Parabens mimic estrogen and can act as potential hormone (endocrine) system disruptors.), MALIC ACID (Use is restricted in Canadian cosmetics), Aloe barabadensis, VITAMIN E IN THE FORM OF TOCOPHERYL ACETATE. (Note: explanations taken from [...]
Notice that the Aloe and Vitamin E are the LAST ingredients, so the product contains a very small amount of the only natural things on the list!
Since I use 10-15 wipes a day, not sure I want to wipe my baby's bum with Parabens.

Customer Review: Huggies Wipes
Summary: 5 Stars

I started with Huggies wipes 3 years ago when my daughter was born, and now use them for my son. I have tried other brands(Pampers, Sam's Choice, and Costco brand), but I always come back to Huggies. I like how thick they are, and the designs give them texture which helps get poop or food off. You pay slightly more for each wipe, but their thickness and texture help you to use fewer which saves money in the long run.(I would say that you can do the work of 2 wipes of the brands listed above, with 1 Huggies wipe.) I also prefer the box that Huggies supplies. It has a soft plastic flap that covers the opening and keeps the wipes from drying out if the box gets left open. I like each "flavor" of Huggies wipes--none of them are too heavy or do they leave a residue. My daughter has mildly sensitive skin, but we have not had any issues with any Huggies products.
