I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks. I hoped it might help me. I was surprised that an itching sensation around my lower legs has completely disappeared within a week of starting to take it. I have been dealing with that for months. I also noticed that a chronic back ache I have had all summer and into the winter is also much less debilitating. It didn't bother me much until the day after I did some extra activity, like change oil on a car or wash the car. The next day I would have trouble standing up from a sitting position or sitting up in bed due to back pain, etc. Now after I have been taking this product, I was able to even split some wood - two days in a row, etc, without the pain that had prevented me from getting up before. I can still feel it, but it is much less severe. Also I feel stronger.
Now I have no way of knowing whether this product is actually doing these things, but the results are very convincing since it happened right (couple days) after I started using this product. Time will tell if it continues or if it is in my head.
