I use these when i'm feeling overwhelmed and when people get on my nerves. They have a way of taking the edge off. Better than smoking and drinking. ha ha ha.

I feel it's only fair to warn you. If you're taking these at work be aware. If you have a job where being "sharp" or high technical is important, you might want to hold off until you get home. When I take these at work, I feel like I have a delayed reaction. I take an extra few seconds to answer and yawn a lot. I remember hoping that my boss was not thinking that I was high or drunk.lol. Or at the least try them at home initially to see how they affect your system. But I want to re-state that there are no illegal substances in these pills and they are not habit forming. They'd be ideal for being around the in-laws.
