It is great that you can cut this to size and fully cover any piece of gauze to make wound coverage just the size you need. I recently had minor surgery on my neck and the other adhesives were really irritating my sensitive skin after a few days. This is breathable enough that the skin underneath doesn't get really dry/rough. Removing and reapplying a new piece every day for 14 days while my stitches were in didn't irritate my skin at all.
