i received this product at the beginning of this month,i thought it would be helpful to correct my posture because i have mild hump,but when i tried it,it didn't work,it just remind me that im wearing uncomfortable brace and that i have to straight my posture,so if you want just a reminder it is good product,but it wont correct your posture.
