I'm amazed at how twisted my hands and wrists can get while sleeping - and how much I can suffer for it later. With the soft, Pil-O-Splints they stay in a neutral position without reducing circulation. I like the adjustable feature. I have small wrists and can tighten these to fit a little snugger but, because of the softness, it is not uncomfortable.

This product has helped me sleep again. I have carpal tunnel in both my hands (the left is really bad) and I was always waking up at night with my hands numb and aching. I bought the adjustable Pil-O-Splint and I used it the very night it arrived. I was amazed. I did not wake up that night with my left hand numb at all. I have worn it every night since. I thought that it would get hot, but it is very comfortable and does not get hot during the night. I'm very glad I found this product, I would recommend it.Customer Review: half satisfied

This product does help me with hand/finger extension while I sleep which is the main reason I purchased it. However, the position of the thumb (through a hole)actually caused some pain in my hand for a week. I guess it was an unnatural position for my hand, so I now must use it with my thumb inside pressed against my fingers. It is thus limiting for any type of daytime use, but alright to use at night.Customer Review: Great pain relief

My wife's doctor recommended that she wear a wrist splint at night, but did not specify a brand, so I checked Amazon's site and found these. They are really serious and have given her basically painfree nights and days as well even though she wears them only at night.
When she forgot to wear them one night, pain woke her in the middle of the night and then she put them on and got quick relief.

This item is way too bulky - I did not like it at all, and, unfortunately, the company won't accept any returns or exchanges on these type of items. I found a much better item for about $20 at the drugstore - the brand/name is called: "Futuro Night Relief Wrist Stabilizer". I like it much, much better than this one, and, my pain at night is gone when wearing it.
