My fingers and wrists tend curl inward when I sleep. I wore the split with the rigid side facing my palm and it kept my fingers and wrist from curling and it really helped with the pain day to day! I alternate night to night from hand to hand because both my hands have the same problem. I highly recommend for anyone with pinching achy wrist and finger pains.Customer Review: Excellent!!

I was having problems with my right hand (mouse hand) and my right wrist. Combining this with my B6 have certainly helped. It did take a while to get used to it and it can be rather warm to wear but well worth it. My mother spent a lot of money on her wrist splints and these were just as good as the ones she bought.Customer Review: Best nighttime splint

Wearing these splints every night has saved me from surgery and greatly improved my ability to work on the computer for many hours during the day (usually without daytime braces). I bought both this and a futuro wrist splint when I developed tendinitis in my dominant wrist, and the futuro provided much more rigid, reliable support than this splint did. It's not easy to make a splint that is functional, yet comfortable. But here it is! It may have taken a night or two to get used to it, without it interrupting sleep, but it's VERY comfortable and easy to sleep with. And my wrist feels great in the morning. Highly recommended.
