Customer Review: Not for Short Hair

Wife purchased item, worked well, she would have liked it if she had longer hair. She has short hair and the iron is wider than most, 1.5", and she could not get the iron close enough to her head. Giving it 3 stars because it is a fairly neutral rating, product worked, was just a bad fit between item and user.
BTW, we made the mistake of NOT buying this on Amazon. AmericaRx would not take the item back because it was 30 days past invoice date. I bought the item November 14 for Christmas, so how were we supposed to return in 30 days? Oh well, they got me I guess.

I have medium hair, curly specially at the bottom, not too thin nor too thick. I have tried a lot of tools and products in the market to make my hair straight and to be like that all day long. With this iron take me 15 minutes to comb it, usually took me about 45 minutes to do it as perfect and straight as I liked. It really works and leaves my hair shinny, silky and straight all day long and the next day too. About the smell, you have to use distilled water if you don't want the iron to smell ugly. I love it!!!!!! Is the best tool I have bought, I think is even better than my T3 hair dryer.Customer Review: No better than models at Target

I have thick hair, slightly wavy. I purchased this iron with the hope of running it through my hair, and getting immediate results. This iron worked no better than my Revlon ceramic, purchased for less at Target. With the Revlon model, I have to hold it on each section of the chosen strands, and hold it there for around 15 seconds before moving the wand further down to the end;I have to do the same with the Infiniti. I was expecting performance more similar to a professional model. (You can use the "combs," or not; you can use the steam, or not. Nothing makes the results any better...)Customer Review: For thick and dry hair

My hair is very thick and pretty dry. I can go about four to five days with out washing my hair and it still looking fine.I use this straightener on the hottest setting with the steam on and my hair stays almost perfect for a very long while. I also have a few fly aways that this iron hides perfectly. Even when it drizzles outside my hair still looks straight, moist, smooth but not oily. I don't think I'll ever buy another iron. the only con is about aft after fifteen minutes of the iron being on it turns off. Other than that this is the best iron more kind of hair.Customer Review: Just love it !!

I had my hair straightened (Japanese Straightening) and have about 4 inches growth since. My hair is naturally wavy, so the difference was getting too noticeable so I bought this one after a lot of research.
And I would have to say ... this one works like magic. After fixing my hair I can not tell the difference between my natural hair and chemically straightened hair. It gives a nice shine to hair and softness.
After a few trials, the thing that I found was that this thing works best for my hair when .... the hair is completely DRY!!!
