I was looking for a pair of insoles for my 'Guess' 4 inch heels. I love this pair of shoes very much and wear it often but I'm only able to walk in it for about 15-20 minutes. The pressure placed on the balls of my feet is terrible. I was originally looking for those gel insoles to cushion the balls of my feet until I stumbled upon Insolia at Watsons (Singapore). I thought I'd purchase one and try it out (was skeptical about the product) in addition to the gel insoles. To compare Insolia and the gel insoles, I first fitted my killer heels with the gel insoles. Unfortunately, the gel insoles didn't work for me. The pressure on the balls on my feet was still awful. Next, I fitted the shoes with Insolia. To my surprise, it was not only comfortable but I could feel a mark difference; the pressure has been taken off the balls of my foot. Now, I intend to fit all my shoes that are 3 inches and above with Insolia.Customer Review: Really works!

I used these on a pair of 3.5" heels that I would be walking in all day. I typically wear flats or low heels, so I expected to be pretty uncomfortable that day. It's a little tricky placing these in the shoe. You should try it a bunch of places before removing any of the wax paper so you don't run out of "stickiness" before the final placement. When it is placed properly, you don't feel it at all under your foot. But if it's just a millimeter off, it feels like a lump under your foot. Once it's finally in place, it's great! I spent about 9 hours in these shoes and probaby walked 3 miles during the day. These insoles really do take the pressure off the ball of your foot. Had to wear strappy heels for a wedding. Could not stand in them for 10 seconds without excruciating pressure (and strap marks)on my toes from the strap. Tried this product. It took about an hour ( the church service) to get used to the weight shift change, but then I forgot about them and danced the night away for 6 hours, no strap marks or blisters! They are not a cushion they shift your weight from your toes to your arch...and it was pain free!!Customer Review: Highly recommended

These inserts do what they claim to do. I had a pair of heels that I wore to a wedding and my toes were numb for about 4 weeks afterwards from the weight and pressure exerted on my toes. I inserted the insolia product into these shoes and can now wear them to work with no problem. They allow me to reach for heels when previously I would skip them and reach for flats. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Doesn't work.

I can't wear heels. They just plain hurt. These didn't help. They're no better than any other insole. They provide very little cushioning and don't adjust your weight to your heel as they claim to. How disappointing!
