I don't feel that I can give an adequate review of this product as I only took it for 8 days. But during that time I only took 1 tablet (12.5) a day. In that time, I did not notice any effects good or bad. One should take something for at least 30 days to really notice if something is taking place. Like I said before, I don't think I took it long enough to have an effect on me. I stopped because I know that one of the possible side effects is acne. And being as I already have a problem with that cropping up from time to time (with menopausal hormonal change), I stopped when I started to get another 'break out'. I don't know if the Iodoral had anything to do with it, but I wasn't taking anymore chances.Customer Review: Iodoral 90 tabs

Unfortunatly, I only took this for 2 days. By the end of the second day I had hives on my neck and some blotchy, red acne like marks on one side of my face. I also had a sinus headache from it but this was mentioned in the side effects. I think that this is way too strong for me personally so I think I will be looking for something more natural like Kelp (which also has iodine in it). I originally bought this due to some symptoms of hair loss, fatique, no energy and extreme dry skin and scalp. It did not work out for me but maybe it would work for others.Customer Review: Indoral

This product has really helped me,I had cancer of the tongue three years ago and the doctor's at Baylor
Hospital had know about this product and told me about it. Now my teeth have rotten from no salvia and they want to pull them. I am going to put it off a long as I can.
The Iodoral has helped so much I can now eat and it is such a blessing. I hope someone reads this and get some much needed help. Still having problems with the thyroid the medicine the doctor gave me is of little help.

My elderly husband (80 years) and I (72 years) recently started taking this iodine supplement after reading a book on the subject. My husband is sprinting better than before and thinks that he is less prone to weight gain than previously. I find that I have more energy and less craving for sweets. From what I read, most people have low iodine levels and require more that the daily recommendations, especially if they use Splenda and fluorinated water.Customer Review: Too early to review.

Knowing if there is any benefit from taking this supplement is a long-term thing. I won't know for sure if it's doing any good until a blood check - probably not until fall. Even if I can see something without a blood check, I'd say it will still take a couple of months. The pills are easy to take - small, with no aftertaste. That's all I can say for now. Shipment came quickly.
