I've tried a bunch of products, but this is the only one I've actually re-ordered. I know there is no miracle pill out there, and you should be aware of that too. However, this product gives you that little extra push you need to get through your day. It helps suppress your appetite, and gives you a great boost of energy. When I take it before a workout, I can feel a HUGE difference in the way I perform. My workouts are more intense and last longer just because I feel great.
This is not for the people who do the whole "im not going to eat over 800 calories today" because you WILL get sick. I take 2 pills twice a day, which is half of the recommended dose, and I get really nauseous if I dont eat enough calories or drink enough water. As long as you keep a healthy and well balanced diet, this product should not have negative side effects. Start off with a smaller dose and see how your own body reacts to it.
It looks very manly, but trust me ladies, it can work just as well for you too. So don't be afraid to try it. It wont make you bulky or anything like that. However, if you're looking for something a little less intense, the makers of this product have one for women called Curvelle. Check it out
