Summary: 1 Stars

Send me the wrong item -twice-, then insisted it was my own fault.
They did not offer to re-send it a third time, but rather told me I had the option of "refund or nothing".
I tried to resolve the issue via phone, but they rudely replied that "I received what I ordered", even though their own shipping statement doesn't match the item I requested.

I guess differentiating between the Civilian and Military version is too hard a task.
