I took this product for about 5 days. The first two days I took internally. One pill, twice a day. Still had a thick discharge, itching and burning. So by the third day, I read on here where someone placed it vaginally. I wasnt sure how they did it but I opened my capsule and used a tube from a monistat box. I carefully poured the powder from the capsule and into the tube, injected it, and went to sleep. I also increased my dose to 3 pills by mouth that night. When I woke the next morning, I felt something bubbling in my vaginal area. I went to the rest room and there was literally what looked like milk sprewing out of me! The yeast had been liquified! I still had some itching and burning. That afternoon I took a nap and opened two more pills and poured them into the tube vaginally and also 3 more pills by mouth. About 3 hours later....the same thing. My vagina was vomiting! And that's the best way I can describe it. This time it wasnt as thick. It looked more like fat free milk. That night I took 3 more pills internally and this time I decided to placed the capsules in vaginally...unopened. Well either the large dose of 3 pills 2 x a day or the 2 pills twice a day vaginally, at the same time or I dont know what, but when I woke up after the 4th morning I felt weak, light-headed and jittery. I went to the rest room and there was no puring of fluid vaginally. I was literally bone dry. I dont know if the capsules disolved or what. The itching and burning was completely gone. I got a mirror to try and see what was going on "down there" and I tried with all my might to contract some white discharge. I did manage to contract some (squeezing vagina muscles) but very little. I think I was more concerned with being so jittery and light-headed. I then tried some apple-cider vinager and distilled water to flush out and kill what little yeast that was left. (I had it on stand-by) I douched with that. I finished that a few moments ago and is feeling VERY soothed "down there." I feel dry. I wont pop any pills today because I think I may have over did it. I will now try some other things until I am completely cured. So Yes I do think the product works but didnt help much at all until inserted vaginally.
