I have been taking this probiotic everyday for over a year and find it to be one of the major reasons why I am no longer having constipation issues which have plagued me for the last five years. I have been to the Doctor's on many occassions and have had to endure different procedures on my quest to find the culprit to no avail. All tests have come out fine so in order to take the natural healthy route, I poked around to see what my options were. This by far is the only thing that has worked for me. I eat 90% homemade, from scratch, unprocessed food that is lower in carbs. Drink plenty of water, exercise daily and take one probiotic tablet a day along with flax oil, fish oil and one teaspoon of fresh ground flaxseed. I have not experienced any painful bloating.
