I recently got into a minor car accident and somehow got a giant scrape on my knee. For the first day I wore gauze and tape, and it huuuurt. I needed SOMETHING that was more reliable than that, and came SO close to buying regular fabric band-aids. As I was walking away I noticed the cool Tough Pads package and did a double take. I was nervous that there were only 4 for around the price of $5 but I took a chance and bought them anyways. THEY ARE AMAZING! Not only are they hardly noticeable, but they significantly reduce pain and discomfort. I've shown all my friends how awesome they look,and while I've only taken one shower it stayed on like a charm. I am getting impatient and I want to take it off to see whats going on, but I'll have to wait!Customer Review: Best Wound Dressing Ever

As I have gotten older my skin is like tissue paper. Hitting my arm against a cabinet door corner or playing with the dog can peel my skin back like a banana. Traditional adhesive bandages have to be replaced daily after bathing and do almost as much damage to my skin just trying to get them off. I found these J&J Advanced Care dressings at Walgreen a couple of years ago looking for easy to remove bandages. They are expensive, but they are all I use now. I apply one of these bandages and leave it on for five or six days. By then the wound is healed or almost healed, then I slowly peel it off while holding it under the shower. These dressings protect the wound, keep it dry, and it heals much faster.Customer Review: So far, amazing.

I injured the hell out of my left leg and knee while sliding in softball. The skin was shredded from the knee cap to a few inches above my ankle. I purchased this bandaid for protection because wrapping it up with gauze and tape slowed the healing process. This bandage blistered up and created a layer of protection around the wound, I have no idea what is going on underneath the bandage, but it doesnt hurt anymore and it isnt falling off. I have taken multiple showers and I work on my feet all day and it hasnt moved a bit. This thing is amazing. I almost want to get hurt again just to use these things.Customer Review: Tough Pads

I have used these pads for about two years. They are my Godsend as I have psoriasis on the bottom of my feet. This conditions causes my feet to accumulate extra dead skin at a phenomenal rate and cause deep cracks which are so painful when walking. Regular bandaids would just loosen with every step and eventually come off. These pads stay on, allow the healing to take place, allow walking without pain and then, on removal, it removes the extra dead skin! If you have plantar psoriasis, this is your miracle! I get them shipped on an ongoing order and are difficult to find in stores anymore.Customer Review: life saver for a runner

I am a runner who has to have orthotics because of severe over-pronation. The new orthotics gave me bouts of huge blisters that often reached the size of two quarters and were too large for the blister bandaids that I usually use (also highly recommend). These are the ONLY things that saved my feet. They stay on the soles of my feet for 2-3 days with no problem, even remain sealed to the skin in the bathtub or swimming. More amazingly, they're not terribly difficult to remove. I keep these stocked in my medicine cabinet and leave a box with my running gear all the time now. They're a Godsend!
