I am a woman in my 40's with mid-back length colored blonde hair. Even when I didn't color it, I had hair that gravitated on the dry side because of it's natural curl. And tangles and frizz? Boy do I have that! Since I was a kid my hair has been like this. I am a self-confessed "product junkie" ALWAYS looking for the product that will be my one "go-to, never-fail me" product that makes my hair healthy, silky, DETANGLED and easy to manage. I cannot tell you how many shampoos I've tried in my 40 plus years! Everything from salon, to over-the-counter, to home shopping "miracle products". I've used some that I like better than others but there was never this "This is it!" moment with any of them. Fed up, I thought I would review the ingredients to an old favorite and trusted brand - Johnson's. I went to their website and discovered this particular product. I read the ingredients, impressed that the ingredients were simple and low-sudsing (trying to limit my use of SLS products on my hair). More than that, I was impressed that it absolutely promised to help detangle the hair while cleansing. REALLY!? That's usually when my long hair gets balled up in knots - while I'm shampooing. Okay, I will keep in open mind. Bought a bottle and was even more impressed by the big bottle and inexpensive price. Tried it this morning and I couldn't get over how fabulous my hair looked and felt!! I knew it was going to deliver on it's promise while I was using it in the shower. My hair had "slip" during shampooing! My hair NEVER has slip while shampooing! Suds were low, but the cleaning was thorough and very, very gentle. Styling my hair is the "limtus test". Couldn't get over how fabulous it styled. Even before I put my leave-in conditioner in, my hair was lovely, soft, silky with body and health. I still put my leave-in in because of the winter cold and dry indoor heat, but I could tell my hair just adored this stuff! Who would have guessed that after the hundreds of shampoos I've used through the years, I would be "back where I started"? Well, we do come "full circle" in this life and this is proof. If you are a woman or man in search of a fabulous, gentle, shampoo that won't break the bank OR strip your hair, TRY THIS!!! I can't believe this product addressess all of my common hair complaints, simply and effectively. I had a GREAT hair day today! And I will because out goes everything else in my bathroom. THIS ONE IS A KEEPER - AND IS NOT JUST FOR BABIES! "Baby" your hair with this awesome product! Your hair should be treated as kindly and gently as a baby's anyway with all of the stresses, color and environmental assault we give our locks. YOU WILL LOVE IT - TRUST ME!
