This product was not for me. It absolutely made my split ends Worse. At first, I didn't put two and two together, but after investing energy and time, I realized that this was the reason my ends kept getting worse!
Yes, I followed the directions, yes, I looked at all possible causes. No, I'm not missing any element in the problem-- this product made my ends worse and burned them causing even more splitting.
I love all the Joico products I've tried except this one. This company offers Fantastic, effective products in general, but not this one.
