Have reordered this particular brand a number of times. it is consistent and the price is the best. i have completely cut sugar out of my daily diet. i only use it now for baking some things where sugar is a must mostly for its browning capacity and one does not use enough of stevia for that to happen. It took some time to find my comfort levels of this as a replacement for the sugar i used. once that was done, i find it much more palatable than sugar. I ran out of this because i started to use it in most every place i had used sugar (even for cooking many things where browning is no factor, such as cheese cakes body but i need brown sugar for the crust) I went back to using sugar in my giant cafe au laits i drink or iced versions and i found them awful with real sugar, after a year or more with stevia, this particular brand it very well priced and consistent. it is no additive stuff too. i would have to pay lots more for stevia in stores, if it is available at all. the large chains dont have anything other that one brand of packets and another mix. the whole food type chains will carry real bulk stevia but it was much more costly and no different at all in flavor or strength.
