The kinesio tape that I brought in blue. has worked well for me with PT. It came in a timely fashion and in good shape. this tape does stay on even in water,so it is good for those who also do water exercises as well. It is used for me to help me know where I have to work certain muscles to get the small nerves to fire and then I am assured to do what I was taught in the correct place and not the wrong place. IT also is stretchy so it does not get tight on me throughout the day and bother me. Good choice. I give it 5 starsCustomer Review: A Great Help...

I have chronic back pain since an injury, and this product has definitely helped me. I'm about 50% better now since using it for about 3 weeks. It's much cheaper than any other treatment and I believe aids your body in healing itself, which is really what it's all about.
It is not perfect and you may have some minor itching and or minor irritation, but all in all, it is worth it for sure!
I looked at it like : "Why not - for $ 20 bucks, what do I have to loose?"

I purchase this after a physical therapist taped my knee with a similar product. It doesn't stay on well under slacks or jeans. It starts to roll at the edges. Also, if you are allergic to adhesives or latex, be careful. I got a very bad rash from it and the adhesive is very difficult to remove from your skin. You also need to know the proper way to apply the tape for your particular injury or it doesn't do you any good.Customer Review: Great Stuff

My physical therapist recommended this tape and it is the best. I can actually walk and exercise without the severe pain that I was having in my knee. I received my package from HPMS.com (ordered through Amazon.com) in very timely manner and with no issues. I bought this for a thumb injury -- what's called "skier's thumb" where you damage the ligament that attaches at the thumb's base. The Kinesio tape is very efficient -- you don't need to wrap it over itself the way you do regular athletic tape. It constricts movement in the affected area without inhibiting entirely, since the tape has built-in elasticity.
