Kinesio Tape is the greatest breakthrough in sports rehab tape in quite some time. Stays attached even during warm conditions creating lots of perspiration. This kinesio tape is pretty decent, but I'd recommend buying the KT tape([...]) since it comes in pre-cut strips and is very easy to apply. Although for those who want flexible lengths for their tape, they are better off buying this tape and molding it as per need.Customer Review: excellent product!

I tried this product after I tore a calf muscle. It was easy to use and worked great. I could continue running with very little pain as I recovered. It is important to learn how to use it correctly, as it is much more efficient when applied properly!Customer Review: Good tape, simple to use

I have used Kinezio tape before applied by my physical therapist. Just wanted to purchase some in a different color and have a change from the beige. I'm a breast cancer survivor and the tape does well on my scar from the lumpectomy.
