After my sciatica diagnosis, I went to my physical therapist who ice massaged, exercised, and then kinesiotaped me up for a month before I needed to travel north where there are stairs and hills. I ran out of kinesiotape and so ordered some on line which thankfully arrived soon enough for me to use it to relieve the pain and strain caused by climbing. The kinesiotape worked out so well that I could go up and down stairs and up and down the hills near Pittsburgh, taking care of grandchildren and dog walking.Customer Review: Kinesio Tex Tape

My wife was introduced to Kinesio Tex Tape by a physiotherapist when she could not get any relief from her back pain caused by herniated discs.She has been using the tape for three years now and finds that it relieves her pain. She still has some discomfort from nerve pulses in her foot and leg but the tape and lots of exercise
and Norwegian type of "leg pulling" help her enormously. We recommend it to all our friends who suffer from back pain.

I'm not happy with the product that I got from amazon. I ordered black kinesio tape and recieved red instead. I wanted black. The only reason I give it a 2 rating instead of a 1, is that I got the tape 4 days before the expected delivery date. I don't know if I will by tape from here again, because I want/need black tape, because it is stronger than the color tape. Can I trust that I will get the correct order the next time I order from here? Thank you.Customer Review: great product

The tape was exactly the same as my chiropractor uses for securing my knee and foot (post surgery)before sports activities. It has good stretch and durability throughout the day but the tape is firm enough to feel secure and supportive. I am very satisfied with it!
I use orthotics and sometimes when I cannot wear them, I will wrap my arch with this tape and wear a sandle. My foot bones and arch feel very supported while using this tape.

Kinesio Tex Tape has just the right pull and strength to get the job done correctly. I like the beige color because it's matches the skin color. If you have taken the Kinesio taping class there is no other way to get the desired results.
