I have used Kineso tape for about a month. I put a strip on the bottom of my foot and it seems to help reduce the swelling in my ankles. In addition to the tape, I also wear the stockings given when you have surgery - compression. When I get dressed up and wear skirt, dress, or capris,or wear open toe shoes, I use the tape. With slacks, I wear the stockings. The combination really helps the swelling.Customer Review: Even Good For Bowlers

I'm a bowler and bought this to help me hold on to the bowling ball. In the bowling pro shops they sell a product made of the same material. In the pro shops it's sized/cut to fit along your thumb to help you get a better grip on the ball... and it's much more expensive. This is the same material, but in a roll form. I just cut off several pieces and include them in my bowling bag. Works great for me.Customer Review: Surprisingly Useful

This tape actually works as close as can possible to how it's described. My wife had a pulled calf muscle and had seen suggestions for using this tape to support the muscle during recovery. By applying the tape, she was able to walk when she had a significant limp before. When she removed the tape, the limp returned, although it was lessened by the recovery during the day. I've had severe constant pain for weeks following knee replacement surgery. My Physical Therapist applied Kinesio Tex Tape and I've had such an immediate reduction in pain, I've been able to stop taking most pain medication. It stays on 3-5 days and stays on during water therapy. Caution: Do not use this product unless you've received instruction from a trained physical or occupational therapist.Customer Review: Kinesio tape

Works absolutely great for knee pain. i let my friend try some since he has had 2 acl surgeries and wears a knee brace to run. he claims there is no need for the brace b/c the tape works that good. I purchased the tape to help deal with my shin-splints. The verdict is not back yet. I have only used it for one week and have seen no results, but this injury requires a much longer course of testing.
