I purchased the Gold Kinesio Tape, and then I saw the black one thinking oh this will stay on longer because it is water resistant. Well, the black one came off easier! I love the product itself. It has truly helped me to recover after my knee surgery. I moved around more with less pain, and it also helped me heal faster. My physical therapist had taken many measures to help relieve the tension in my neck resulting from a car accident. The Kinesio Tape has been the only thing from physical therapy that has made me feel so much better for extended periods of time. I was disappointed, I thought I was getting real KT tape, this is an off brand and didn't work for me. It isn't precut, doesn't have rounded corners, and fell off between mile 1 and mile 2. Price was reasonable and shipping was quick, but tape is a knock off and didn't work for me. I need this to last 13 miles or more but it fell off right after I started my run...Customer Review: Great tape!

I ordered the kinesio tape for a knee cap problem (chondria malacia patella). It has been great! It helps support my knee without being restrictive,hot or bulky. It helps re-educate the kneecap and helps it to track correctly. I use it every time I workout and then leave it on during the day. It does well in the shower and it comes off the skin without irritating it.Customer Review: Great Tape
