My physical therapist recommended this to reduce swelling around a wrist injury-I had a mastectomy 2 years ago and do not want lymphedema. The product is not intuitive-someone needs to show you how to tape the site you're working on, but once you know that, it's easy and effective in reducing swelling. Reasonably painless to remove as well.Customer Review: Not as good as the black tape

I had previously purchased and used the black kinesio tape and loved it. I thought I would try the beige thinking it would not be so visible while wearing shorts. While it worked the same as a the black tape, and helped me get through a half marathon, I found the beige causes my skin to become inflamed and itchy. Recommended by a therapist, I have found this to be indispensible in dealing with the chronic pain I have related to severe osteoarthritis of the knees and fibromyalgia. I would recommend purchasing the spray adhesive to extend the wear-time. Once you have applied it, it is 100% comfortable and you scarcely know you have applied it.Customer Review: Surprisingly effective

I never expected this sort of tape to really help with my chronic knee pain, but it's surprising how much of a difference it makes. It's a shame you can only wear it about four days out of seven (to avoid skin irritation) because otherwise I'd probably wear some all the time for a few months to really get my knee feeling better.Customer Review: love it!

this tape is awesome! it really helps you recover from any injury,specially if you are a runner (or a pretend runner like me)
I use this tape to tape my knee and feet whenever I'm doing a long run, because it keeps everything "in place" and reduces the risk of any further injury. I definitely would recomend this to anyone!
