Ingredients: Kinesio Taping? alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. Kinesio Tex tape is wonderful. I sprang my knee and it was been a hard road to recovery but with Kinesio taping and therapy I am back working out with very little to no swelling and soreness. GREAT PRODUCT for pain management!! I am hooked!!
