I bought Kirkland Signature Calcium Supplement 3 years ago. I still can't finish the bottle. The pills do not go down easy. The amount of calcium is inadequate. The pills sit in my stomach like a rock.

I guess there is calcium in there. That's why I gave it 2 stars. Personally, I went back to milk which upsets my stomach.

Tonight, I'm buying enzymes to help me digest milk. lol
