MY STORY:
I was walking through the awesome store that is Costco and was deciding between Centrum, 250-Count Bottle and this Kirkland brand multivitamin. I ultimately chose this multivitamin (which by the way is not FDA approved), but still felt that there is no harm done.
QUALITY:
As long as you take it recommended ( I would not take more than one tablet per day), then there should be no problem. The levels of recommended daily intake are already extremely high (check vitamin C), so caution should be taken. Since I can barely see any differences between other multivitamin brands, I bought this because there is a large amount of tablets and kirkland is a fairly trustworthy brand.
Overall, I say buy it because there's no noticeable differences with other brands. It all in the end does the same job and that is to give us a supplement to our nutrition. I will say though that I do believe it helps our body rather than harm it. I usually take it either in the morning to jump start my metabolism or at night to repair my body after a grueling day.
I say buy with confidence or feel relief if you already bought it from Costco and want some therapeutic relief from reading a fellow Amazon member's review. Again, buy with fairly solid confidence.
