This didn't seem to be helping after 2 weeks, but after probably a month, I'm starting to think it's working. It's hard to tell, since I'm not drastically different, but the little things make me think that it is. For example, I'm slower to snap at my boyfriend lately. I still feel sad sometimes (with no good cause), but haven't felt hopeless in a couple weeks, and I seem to be less irritable.

I really like the size of the capsules compared to the last St. John's Wort I got. I have a really hard time swallowing large pills so with the other one some days I couldn't get it down and eventually I just gave up on taking it. These ones are easy for me to swallow. And they taste good.

One bad thing that I've noticed is that I've been getting stomach cramps lately. I think it's this stuff. I noticed it the first few times I took it, and now I seem to notice it if I eat certain things like bread and yogurt. I know another reviewer said you're not supposed to eat yogurt or bananas while on these but I can't get by without those foods! So sometimes if I'm going to have one of those foods I'll just skip a dose.

So yeah. I don't really like the stomach pains, but overall I think taking this is definitely better than not taking it. And of the two brands I've tried, this is the better one.
