I had originally purchased this when i was on accutane, and it was the only thing that worked, and fabulously at that. Since then i have gotten hooked! Although that doesn't mean i feel like i need to wear it all the time. I think it smells mildly like black pepper (although nobody else agrees with me); it has no fruity flavour, no tint, nothing like that (but they do sell ones that have those things if you want them). I keep mine in my pocket and it "melts" or rather softens slightly to a more vaseline-like consistency, which i find to be more comfortable. When i first get a tube it seems hard, but after a few hours in the pocket...so smooth, never waxy or drying. In case you are wondering, yes, this is now sold in the US as a Nivea product, same thing. The tube looks the same except for the name. The whole blue part is the cap, kind of like a lipstick, very secure. And the twisting mechanism never seems to break free from the center of the actual balm like it always did in my chapstick. It has never opened in my pocket, and i always have one in there. I have one in my jeans pocket, one in my purse. One next to the bed, and a few scattered around. I use nothing else, and yes i really own six tubes of this stuff. it is FABULOUS. The two things i should point out are that it does not contain sunscreen. If you want a product with sunblock, you need the one with the yellow cap. Plus, it has a slightly glossly sheen, nothing serious, but if you are male and that might bother you, keep that in mind. This is by far the best lip balm I've ever used. I used to work for a global company and I would always have my friends bring some back with them whenever they travelled to Europe or Mexico. I've since changed careers and don't have as ready access to those people as I used to. I am very pleased to find Labello available on Amazon. It is easily worth the price.
Everything about this product shines. It repairs even the most chapped lips and each application lasts a long time. It doesn't go on greasy and has a very pleasant scent and is practically tasteless. Even the design of the applicator is a pleasure to use, and it doesn't get messy around the cap like other lip balms. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased this lipbalm while vacationing in Europe, and now I'm hooked! It's the best lipbalm I've ever tried! It lasts for hours, is very moisturizing, and does not leave a waxy feel! I am definitely now a LaBello user for life!
