I had trouble finding a pad that didn't show through my clothing as a bumpy lumpy mess. These seem to work the best. the fold line in the pad takes a little while to smooth out but they are absorbent and thin. The sticky on them is in one small area so they do tend to re-arrange themselves after nursings.

I tried several brands, including washable nursing pads, and these are by far the best. They are thin, trim, and wick away moisture very quickly. I never had an embarrassing wet shirt while using them and could comfortably go back to work after pumping because they prevent your nipples from showing after pumping.Customer Review: Only ones I'll use

These are the only nursing pads I use. I have just been disappointed by other brands. They aren't too bulky that you can see them through your shirt and prevents leaks from coming through. I can be confident that I'm covered all day at work. Also, I really like that the wrappings are recycle plastic.Customer Review: These are the best pads!

I have been breastfeeding for almost 9 months now and these are the ONLY pads I will use, they are very absorbent and also the least discrete under clothing. I tried the Avent, which did absorb well, but are way too bulky under clothing. I tried the Curity brand from Walmart and they were horrible.Customer Review: The Best Nursing Pads Ever

I have tried nearly every other brand of nursing pads and these are the best! Trust me don't waste your money on any other pad. If it wasn't weird to be in love with a nursing pad I would be in love with this one. :) I never thought it would make a difference what kind you got but it does.
