I've tried several nursing pads, and I have to say these are the BEST. They are like diapers, which wick away the moisture from your skin and the absorbent center turns into gelly, and keeps you dry. I've tried several other brands, and these are the best. They larger then some other pads and are thin so they are not seen through your clothes. These pads are more expensive then most, but its worth it since you don't have to change the pad as often as others.Customer Review: Best pads I've ever used

Very comfortable pads and they hold a ton! Even when full of breast milk they don't feel wet on my skin. I don't use the sticky part to hold it to my bra, i find they bunch when I use it and they stay in place fine without it. On thinner bras, the letters on the back of the sticky part can be visible, but I've never been able to see it through my shirt too, i think you'd be able to see your bra through your shirt if your shirt was that thin.Customer Review: a miracle!

I have used every luxury nursing pad and breast shield I could find to try and at least keep my bras (and shirts) dry. Some things worked alright but I was still wetting my shirts several times a day. Then someone sent me these and I haven't had a wet shirt since!! I am a big-breasted, heavy leaker and these super thin pads amazingly absorb every drop, even at night. This was the first brand of nursing pads I tried. My first few weeks of nursing were very painful and these pads were a bit scratchy. Yet after trying several brands of nursing pads, I came back to Lansinoh. They are the most absorbent and discreet disposable pad out there and after I had been nursing for a while they ended up being the most comfortable. The best deal I have found has been amazon's price for 3 boxes.Customer Review: They do the job

I like these nursing pads because they do the job and are disposable and relatively comfortable. Negatives are that they kind of crinkle up in my nursing bra and don't lay flat, so I feel like it looks like I'm stuffing my bra. Also, the glue doesn't do much to hold the pad in place for long what with all the nursing throughout the day. They are decent though, and I've never had a situation where they leaked through.
