These nursing pads are the best ones . I tried the gerber ones and did not like them. The lansinoh pads are very comfortable. Of course the drawback is in the course of a long day they tend to get bunched up some and if there is a lot o leakage they get buched up more so. But on the whole they are comfortable and i really like the sticky patch on the back so that u can keep it in place in your bra.Customer Review: Great nursing pads at value price

These nursing pads are thin, absorbent, comfortable, and invisible under clothing. I use them daily, and they're great -- I haven't used any other brand. I only wish they were sticky on both halves instead of just one side, but even so, they do stay in place. They come at a great value here at Amazon, especially at the Subscribe & Save price. This is one of the most comfortable nursing pads I have used. I like the pads because they are:
a. Absorbent: Pad absorbs milk right down to its core so you do not feel sticky from milk leakage.
b. Ulltra thin - lines will not show even if you are wearing a tight fitting tee.
c. Cheaper and thinner than any similar product e.g. Gerber premium contoured nursing pads.

I have 4 children and I have nursed all 4 for a year. I like the Lansinoh disposable nursing pads the best out of all of the disposable nursing pads. They absorb well and I never had any leaks. I prefer to use LilyPadz for most occasions since these are thicker and more visible under clothes.
It is nice to have both LilyPadz and the Lansinoh on hand.

I bought a box of each brand of nursing pads. Some I didn't even finish using because they were so terrible. The Lansinoh nursing pads are the only ones that I keep buying - they last forever before they have to be changed. With others I'd wake up soaked, but with Lansinoh I sometimes don't even notice that they are wet - they have a great wetness barrier!
