These are the best nursing pads that I've found because the paper backing is waterproof, keeping them from leaking. I'm a heavy leaker and can't live without these. The only thing I don't like is that they are so thin and paper-like, which makes them wrinkle sometimes when you first put them in, and those wrinkles can show through some bras and shirts. To minimize this I put the smaller and firmer Johnson's brand disposable pads inside these, allowing them to keep their shape better, and then I just change the Johnson's pads a couple of times a day. Btw, if you try this trick make sure that you don't use the sticky tape on the back of the Johnson's pad to attach them because it could rip the lining on the Lansinoh ones causing that absorbant gel stuff to leak out. I'm larger-busted and find that they stay together and in place pretty well without ever having to use the adhesive backings on either pad :-)Customer Review: the best out there

I bought these based on their reviews and the fact that I'd been leaking wih every pad I tried. These are a great size. Thin but large in diameter, nice and discreet. I leak A LOT and normally change my pads 3 times a day, but these are great. I've only leaked once with them, but i think I had the too far up not centrally over my nipple, so i think it was my fault as opposed to the product. I accidentally wore them to the pool and boy do they absorb a lot.
Anyway - highly recommended, a little expensive, but 2 pads a day V 6 of another brand works are cheaper in the long run!!

My newly born princess is exclusively breastfed. She will continue to receive breastmilk until she switches to whole milk at 12mos of age. Therefore, this product is a must have 24/7 for the next 12 mos. Why not save on an essential item by buying in bulk online with free shipping? From previous breastfeeding stints (for my other children), I have well established that these are the best nursing pads on the market-the SHAMWOW of nursing pads. Highly absorbent - no wet circles over breast area. I have noticed that in the last 2 years, they have 'revised' the product. The absorbency has decreased somewhat and the pad loses it shape more easily. Notwithstanding, given that it is still better than the competition, might as well stock up on it at a good price.Customer Review: Like wearing a diaper in your bra

I see that everyone loves these- but not me. These things are so crinkly, I feel like I am wearing a diaper in my bra. They may be absorbant- but they are certainly not form fitting or discreet. And for those of us on the smaller side, a little extra padding would be nice anyway. I bought these though- and now seem to have a lifetime supply that I can't return even though the other two boxes aren't open. Customer Review: Love these Pads!

I tried several other brands of nursing pads, but they couldn't handle my heavy leaking. I like the big size of the Lansinoh ones, and they are perfect for heavy leakers like me! Other brands are softer, but they can't handle the heavy leaks and my bra and shirt would end up wet. I'll be using these for a very long time, since they are the best at handling the heavy leaks.
