I have an OALD and am constantly leaking, so nursing pads are a MUST for me. Lansinoh pads are great! I've never had a leak except when I don't put it back on correctly after feeding. These pads do the job and are cheaper than Medela which also works well. The price is even better w/ Amazon's Subscribe and Save.Customer Review: No leaks, no beading, no headaches.

These are the only disposable breast pads I bother with now as this is my third time breast feeding. They are by far the best. I have no problem with beading but that could be because I change them often enough that does not happen. These are the best nursing pads I have ever used. Before I found them I was leaking through everything and I always had to wear lots of layers because the pads I was using were showing through my clothes. These pads are GREAT! They're thin and comfortable and very, very absorbent. The only con is that the adhesive isn't very adhesive at all. That's only a problem for me at night when I don't have a bra on to keep the pads in place.
All in all, a great product.

These pads are very thin and absorbant. I feel comfortable walking around in plain close fitting shirts without thinking that people will be able to tell I have two big pads underneath. I have a problem with leakage, but with these pads, my clothes stay dry.
