Customer Review: Absorbant and soft, but a bit bulky

I liked these in the winter, but now as the weather is warmer and
I am wearing lighter clothes I am self conscious as the pads tend to bunch up and are visible under my clothing. Good absorbency, though. I will wear my remaining supply for overnights. I also dislike the plastic sleeves they come in...they just seem wasteful.

Don't mess around with anything else. I got these as a shower gift and they worked great. Then I went looking for bulk savings and tried Avent, Medela and Johnson & Johnson and had problems with leaking, shifting or being obvious under clothing. So now I'm back with the Lansinoh! I started using these when i returned to work (when I would be away from my baby for extended periods of time). I think they are the best on the market. They are the thinnest I have found, although, I would still like to find something that didn't show at all through clothing. I have used the Lansinoh pads, the Medela pads and the Johnson and Johnson pads- these are by far the best. The Johnson and Johnson pads stick to your skin (and can be VERY painful to remove, especially in the early weeks of breastfeeding when you're already incredibly sore), and the Medela pads only have adhesive on one side.Customer Review: Best Pads Ever!

I used these pads, as they were a gift from someone, and I did not experience any leakage on my shirt or bra. But after that pack ran out, I went to buy another brand of breast pads which did not prevent the milk from leaking on my clothes. Then I quickly went back to the Lansinoh breast pads, they are extremely absorbent.
