I initially sought these out due to the recommendation of my friend who is in the La Leche leage, and I have never been happier that I bought them! I purchased two 60 packs and still have yet to use one of the entire boxes - and I'm in the third week post C-section delivery. I recommend these to anyone I know who is breastfeeding, pregnant, or looking for an answer for milk leaks. I have yet to experience a leak, or embarrassment, and I wear these every day and night. Also worth mentioning - they do stay in place. I haven't worried about these moving around at all. The fastener included on the pad is enough to keep you safe from any possible worry of movement. You just need to make sure that you place the fastener on the top side of your bra instead of on the bottom (I tried both). You can't even feel them on after the first day of adjusting... but the only thing I will say as a con is that you should be weary of what bra you use with them. I am using an all cloth, no shape/padding/wire nursing bra and 5 - 10% of the time you can see the bunched sides of the circular pad under the shirt. I think if I had a bra with more shaping to it, the pads would never show through.
Definitely a must have for new moms or an excellent gift item for anyone's shower if they breast feed or not. :)

My cousin recommended these pads for me when my daughter was born. I don't know how I would have survived without them. I am very petite but I have very large breasts (D before pregnancy, now DD-E) When my heavy milk supply came in I was leaking profusely. I would easily soak through the Gerber pads I had in a half hour or less and then would leak through clothing. After I purchased these pads I could leave them in for the two-three hours between feedings. Often they would be completely saturated, but they never leaked.
Now, my daughter is three months, I still leak slightly so I wear these every day. The tape does tend to wear off after a while but these pads stay in place very well on their own.
Overall, a great investment.

I am on number 4 and I breast feed them all...this is the best pad I have tried and believe me I have tried them all. It pulls the milk away from your breast into the center of the pad so you do not have to worry about leaking. Believe me I can produce a lot of breast milk and this is the only pad I have never leaked out of. I will never buy another brand!!Customer Review: Don't buy any other brand!

This is my second child i have used these with. Long story short, there have been times when I became extremely full and engorged and for whatever reason, couldn't pump or nurse. When finally able to express some milk, the pad would be soaked full, showed no signs of seeping through... The absorbancy of this pad is unbelievable! I am confident that I will NEVER have a leak in public!
Other pros are that they are large in diameter. I don't use the adhesive tab on the outside of the pad because I don't need it. The pad stays in place all on its own, even in my sleep. It is also extremely thin and discrete!
