Customer Reviews of Lansinoh 20265 Disposable Nursing Pads, 60-pack

Customer Review: better than medela pads
Summary: 5 Stars

I don't have big breasts or lot of leakage so I cannot comment their functionality in terms of those, but I really like the Lansinoh brands over Medela's because they have two adhesives instead of one.

With two adhesives, pads stay on securely even if I flip the nursing bra open to nurse my baby or pump.
On the other hand, Medela pads only have one and everytime I nurse they get bent and folded and it's such a hassle to straighten it out.

Medela pads also somehow feel coarse compared to Lansinoh's and itched a little after a while.

Customer Review: No leaks, but too hot!
Summary: 3 Stars

I live in a place that's VERY hot in the summer (and by summer I mean May to November, sometimes longer!!). I tried the Lansinoh pads on the recommendation from a friend who said not to waste any money on any other brand of disposables. These pads don't leak, but they were much too hot. I did try another brand since I had some samples, but same thing. I would get irritated skin from being in a warm/hot moist environment! I switched to cloth nursing pads and have no problems anymore. These were better than other disposables I tried, but cloth is the best for me!

Customer Review: Best Nursing Pads You'll Ever Use
Summary: 5 Stars

When I had my daughter I was so engorged morning, noon and night. Everything I used at night time would leak or fall out of place...I tried every brand they make. Then a friend of mine who had a child recently gave me a box of these. Let me tell you...A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Not only do they NOT leak but they have a little sticky tab on the back to hold them in place. They are thin, comfortable and discreet. If I go to the store and they don't have this brand I'll go to a different store just to get these because anything else is just a waste of money.

Customer Review: Best nursing pad I've tried
Summary: 5 Stars

I tried these and the Medela pads, and the Lansinoh pads were so much better. They are a bit thicker than the Medela pads, but still thin enough to where they won't show through your clothes. I never leaked much, so the absorbency of these pads was never really tested by me, but they worked well when I was opening my nursing bra for frequent feedings. The adhesive wore off quickly and the pad did not stay stuck to the bra, but the pad held its shape was easy to put back into place. I have been very happy with these nursing pads.

Customer Review: These are the BEST!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

These are by far the best nursing pads available! They have something in them that turns to a solid gel-like stuff when wet--kind of like diapers. That's a really bad discription, but my point is that there's no way they can leak! Also, they are just the right size and shape--and basically invisable under clothing once they soften up (which doesn't take long at all!) I do want to add, however, that though these nursing pads are excellent, don't forget to occasionally expose your nipples to air or at least natural fibers.
