Customer Reviews of Lansinoh 20265 Disposable Nursing Pads, 60-packCustomer Review: Word of caution for busty moms. Summary: 3 Stars
Overall advice: don't buy a large quantity of any nursing pad until you find one you really like.
Specific advice: If you started your pregancy with large breasts (DD and up before baby) I believe that you might prefer the supermarket-available GERBER brand pads to these. The curvature of the Lansinoh pads presumes a medium or large (but not huge) breast. This made the pads more noticeable under clothing. These pads are very absorbent, and do effectively prevent leakage.
Customer Review: Ouch! Summary: 3 Stars
These pads definitely get the job done, but at a price. As other reviewers have mentioned, the adhesive on the back isn't quite strong enough to keep the pads in place. So, you occasionally end up with the corner of the pad tucked under and the adhesive bound to your skin...ouch! Otherwise, you barely even feel them there and they absorb very well. They also look a little bulky through the built-in bra of a tank top. If you are wearing a thick bra, I don't think that would be a problem.
Customer Review: The Only Nursing Pads You Need Summary: 5 Stars
You will never appreciate these more until you go to buy more and realize the drug store ran out and you buy another brand. I've used the Avent ones and the Gerber, and let me tell you, they don't compare. These are the thinnest and most discrete pads I have used. Also the most absorbent. The only small complaint I have it that the adhesive doesn't really do much to stay on your bra. If your bra is fitted, though, they should stay in place reguardless. Highly Recommend.
Customer Review: finally no pad lines! Summary: 5 Stars
I love these breast pads, they are my first choice for disposable pads. They absorb well and keep my shirt dry.
As for non-disposables, I love my Swaddlebees organic pads. They are just as good in absorbing but not nearly as pricy because I can reuse them. This really count when you nurse for a long time like me. I have 3 kids and nursed each of at least 14 months. My 16 month old is still nursing and I still get leeks after a long day at work without pumping.
Customer Review: best ever nursing pads! Summary: 5 Stars
I have used these pads for both my babies and they were the only pad that held all the milk from my leaky breasts. Compared to any other pad, these kept me driest the longest and held the most milk. Without these pads, I may have not been able to deal with breastfeeding and being a full time working mom because of the leakage issues. Give them a try if you have leaking problems or are self-conscious about potential leaks.
