These are the best nursing pads currently on the market.
They are:
Thin (won't show through clothes)
Absorbent (no more embarrassing leaking)
Adhesive (sticky on either side of backing ensures staying put)
They are worth every penny. I am currently nursing my fifth breastfeeding child and have tried numerous brands and styles over the past 11 years. These are the best!

I love these! I've tried the cloth ones and Johnson & Johnson, and these ones are WAY better. They have a larger circumfrence than most, and they stay in place rather than shifting around, which means that they catch all leaks. They're very absorbant & don't really show through my clothes. I hear that Madela is good, but these are a bit cheaper and work perfectly, so why bother with anything else??Customer Review: Works, but they bunch up

These do the job, but I wear comfort nursing bras without padding, under-wire, or any structure and these tend to bunch up and look like tissue paper stuffed in my bra. I often risked leaking through my clothes because I didn't want to use the pads and go out with crinkly boobs. I've used them with my regular bras that have padding and under-wire and they look fine. I also wish the adhesive was tackier.Customer Review: these work very well

i leak a lot and these pads do the best. the sticky part on the back never stays sticky for me but the pads seem to stay in place anyways. the other great thing about these pads is unlike other brands they do not leave any fuzz on my nipples (i feel so bad when i don't realize i have cotton stuck to my nipple then i need to pull cotton off my babies face, we don't have that problem with this brand).Customer Review: THE BEST PADS OUT THERE!

These pads hold a lot of milk--I have never had a leak with them and wear them 24 hours a day. They stay in place and have a soft layer that doesn't chafe, unlike others that are very scratchy and really hurt sore nipples.
I have tried about four or five different kinds (I leaked A LOT in the beginning) and liked these the best even though they are a bit pricier than others.
