I am lucky to be a stay-at-home mom, and only pump occasionally, but when I do these bags are great! After reading reviews on this and several other bags, each one seemed to have good and bad reviews, but I have nothing bad to say about these Lansinoh bags. My son is 5 months old now, and I pump 1-2 times a week at the most for a small outing/emergency supply. These bags are pretty easy to fill (just be careful pouring) and seal. I cinch the bag between two of my fingers right at the milk line, then "zipper" the bag all the way to the lock line with my fingers to get rid of any air bubbles. The double-zipper lock is also a definite plus. I lay them flat to freeze in my standard door freezer, then store them long-term in my deep freeze after they are solid. Fortunately I have never had any problems with leaking. I have recently increased the amount that I pump, so I'm planning on buying another box! If you try them, I hope they work well for you too.Customer Review: Very Happy. Wont change them.

I am very pleased with these bags. After several weeks of using them, I came across some reviews telling they leaked all the time. When I read that I panicked and got worried I would lose the 100 plus ounces I already had stored. Well this has not been my experience. I have been thawing milk for my baby for a month and a half and I am yet to find a leaky bag. The instructions clearly say that the maximum capacity is 6 ounces, that you should not overfill them, and that because they do not have BPA, you should be careful when handling them. You dont even have to be overly careful. You just have to be mindful and not drop them or throw stuff over them in the freezer. If you follow these instructions then there is nothing to worry about. I even bought some sterilite containers to keep them organized and safe in the deep freezer. I have asked my friends about their experience with these bags and all agree with me. I have been breastfeeding my son for the past 7 months & have gone thru a pack of 4 of these lansinoh bags. I researched several kinds and decided on these b/c of the reviews and am glad I got them. They hold up well and I like how they lie flat so they take up less space in the freezer. I stack the bags on top of one another & then put them in a big ziplock bag. I do have to say that the lines that indicate levels of milk aren't quite accurate, so I usually look at the amount on the bottle I pumped into and use that info for marking the bag. Overall I think these are really great. I've never had any leaks, but I am not filling them up more than 5 oz or so and that may be why.
EDIT: I just had my second baby a few months ago and still LOVE these bags. I have had ZERO leaks and I breastfed and pumped my son for over a year and so far 5 months w/ my daughter. That is a lot of bags to go thru and they've never let me down!

I have used just about every type of milk storage bags available. These are by far the best! In fact they are the only kind I will use. I pumped and stored milk for one year with my daughter and am doing the same for my son who is four months. In all that time I have only had a hand full that have leaked.
Here's a tip. When you thaw the bags rinse them off with warm water(to clean them)and place the bag in a cup. If the bag leaks, the milk will go into the cup and still be useable. I also would also lay them flat in the freezer to freeze. This allowed for easy storage and quick thawing.
The bags are also great for storing portions of baby food in. I make my own and would freeze portion sizes. I had some extra bags left and found that they were perfect for storing the food and taking it to the sitters in.
Also, Amazons price can NOT be beat. I have searched high and low.

Love this product. It's much better than other brands I've tried. I like the double zipper, and the plastic material seems thicker than other brands. I also like that the tab to write on is on the outside of the bag, so there's no risk of ink bleeding through. I rely on the measurements on the bottles or use a kitchen scale rather than the markings on the bags. I've used numerous boxes of these with two babies (currently nursing my 5 1/2 mo. old daughter), and I can think of only twice that these bags leaked, and I thought it was my fault because I bumped them with the freezer drawer. I like to store them flat for the space savings. However, it seems there may be more of a risk of leaks when they're stored flat because of the hard edges that seem to be more susceptible to getting dinged.
I definitely recommend these to other working/nursing moms.
