Amazon wanted me to review this item. But really, who notices on a short term basis whether vitamins are doing good or not? You use them because you know in the long run they will help you. This vitamin is supposed to be good for diabetes, so I take it as an insurance policy, to help contain the disease. I have always had good service from Amazon, so I will continue to do business with them.
