For my first three weeks of using the product, I didn't notice any difference in my metabolism or weight management. And then, all of a sudden, it started working beautifully!
I usually exercise about once a week, and I usually make decent food choices, although it is not a rarity for me to splurge on junk food. I am relatively fit.
Despite my relative fitness, I wanted to be in top form for an upcoming vacation. I started taking this Acai Berry Juice Extrem product twice a day, starting about a month before my vacation, while I was also increased my exercising and made significantly better/healthier food choices. For three weeks, I lost very little weight, maybe two pounds total. I have to attribute that weight loss to my exercise and food choices.
But in that last week before my vacation, doing the same as I had done for the past three weeks, I lost five pounds in one week!
When I returned from my vacation, I continued taking this product but stopped making so many healthy food choices and reduced my exercise back to the normal once a week or so. Despite this, I maintained my weight! This is odd for me because at that point, I was below my normal weight, and when my weight has been that low in the past, my body has been quick to bulk back up. But not this time. I am now back to my normal eating and exercise habits, and I am maintaining a weight that I was not able to easily maintain in the past. And I attribute this amazing phenomenon to this Life Smart Labs Acai Berry Juice Extreem product.
I am sure that results differ from person to person, but I am overwhelmingly pleased.
