I have only been using the Liquid Life Complete Nutrition vitamins for less than a week; I trust what many of the positive reviewers had to say about the potency and efficacy of the product. However, I wanted to address the concerns about the taste.
I am very "medicine-adverse", and I have not been able to continue tablet vitamins for any extended period of time because of the taste and smell. By no means do I think that this product tastes great, but it is something I can deal with for its benefits.
I am getting into the habit of making Greek Yogurt Smoothies (1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 1/2 cup fruit juice, a squeeze of lime and maybe a few pieces of frozen rhubarb for tartness and added fiber; Blend well) for breakfast and figured that adding Liquid Life into the ingredients and blending it all together would be a great solution to the taste. And it works just fine; I can't taste it at all and believe me, I've tried.
So if you are concerned about the taste, as I was, just know that you can camouflage it in a healthy smoothie (or other juice) and you can still get all of the nutritional benefits of the vitamins. I am really excited about what being properly nourished will do for my body in the future. The price was excellent too.
