Ordered in early Nov. 2008; got order mid nov. both boxes expires end of nov. 2008. unbelieveable! Called Amazon for replacement order. Received one box expired nov. 2008 and one box expires jan. 2009. gave seller one star review for the original and replacement orders. Seller emails after 1 star review will send replacement and even sends email with shipping details and wants 1-star review taken off. well, did not receive replacment order. after 2 weeks from shipping email, sent email to seller re status; was informed no longer selling or carrying that item. Now, why didn't they send email? seller emails will send replacement - aqua trays or crest strips. have yet to receive. some people can give them 5 stars. However in my case, they don't EVEN deserve one star for the lousy service and misleading emails. never had problem before with my amazon orders. cannot recommend this seller. buyer beware. gave them three chances to make good on sale and they were all three strike outs.Customer Review: Best Whitening Strips out there! I have been using these strips for the past 9 days and I must say, they are very easy to use. And yes, the results are great (I had used Rembrandt trays before and, good god, they are very messy). I can't believe how many reviews here state how hard it is to open them. Read the directions, people...have a little patience and common sense when it comes to using this product.
Pros:
- Easy to Use
- No clean up
- No need to brush teeth before or after (though I like to brush my teeth before I put them on)
- Great taste
- Great results
- Does NOT burn my gums or make my teeth sore (unlike Crest and Rembrandt)
- And the best PRO of it all: you don't have to use one set in the morning and one set in the evening..you can put another set on right after the first set (don't use more than two a day)
Cons:
- People who have issues reading directions and making this excellent product look bad.

These worthless whitening strips melt and stick everywhere before you can get them to their intended target - your teeth.
First you have to locate the strip from its indistinguishable packet - then, in the process of trying to affix it to your teeth, the gooey former tape will stick to your fingers, your hands, your lips - where it will stubbonly refuse to come off. Ever had to take a fingernail file to your lip before?
I don't know if they whiten or freshen because I'm not going to put myself through any more of this trial and tribulation.

These things really are idiot-proof. People complain about not being to open the packages easily, but I had no problems at all opening them or getting the strips out. A possible solution would be to use scissors to open the packages, rather than tearing them. I also had no problems adhering the strips to my teeth - not sure what the complaint was about them sticking to everything but the teeth. The strips dissolved in about 10 minutes and if you wait an additional 5 minutes you won't even have to brush the remaining residue off. Taste was pleasant, compared to the non-dissolving brands. Personally, I had no gum/tooth pain, but I guess that varies from person to person. The results weren't as white as I had expected, but they were noticeable. All in all, I'd recommend this product, but I wouldn't expect any majorly dramatic results. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone with extremely stained teeth.Customer Review: Very convenient!

I was very skeptical when I first tried this product. I have tried many on the market and none of them really seem to do the job. I received 2 strips in the mail to try so I figured what the heck. They were very easy to put on and very comfortable once they were on. I could carry on a conversation very easily, no foaming or anything. After about 5 minutes they were dissolved but they dissolve down and leave a sticky goo in your mouth. You definitely need to rinse so I dont recommend using these if you are in a position where you cant rinse. I brushed after mine dissolved so I could get all that residue off. Checked out my teeth in the mirror after I finished brushing and wow!! I was impressed. Now, they werent snow white but I also only used them one time and there was a noticeable difference. I cant wait to go buy some of these and whiten my teeth even more.
