So I just bought a nifty little pack of these suckers and was very excited to get white teeth in two weeks. The packaging like others have mentioned is tedious to open. But you must tread on so that you can try the product. The instructions were very easy to follow, and the strips stuck to my teeth effortlessly. My biggest gripe is the awful taste that has my gag reflex double daring to activate every so often. I had to spit out some excess residue left behind by the strips during the dissolving process. I hope I get used to the strips soon because so far my purchase has been hard to swallow.Customer Review: It's easy and it works.

I don't know why people are saying it's difficult to use. All you have to do is read the instructions and they are not long instructions either. I have been using these strips for a week and I already see results...also it's easy to use and if you have gum sensitivity as I do, just cut the strip down so that you are not folding so much excess onto your gums. Very easy and if you are patient, there is no need to brush the excess off. It really will dissolve away. I do one strip at night after brushing before bed and one in the morning after brushing. I believe by far that Listerine outrates Crest. Once you get the hang of it they are easy to use. And most importantly there is no buildup of saliva during the process. You put them on and carry on like they were not even in your mouth. I believe with otc whiteners you will never get the perfectly white teeth that you would having it done professionally but considering that this is otc they are as good as it gets. I used Crest which they say is the best but I will tell you Listerine whitens just the same. I will recommend Listerine over Crest anyday.Customer Review: works but I didn't like them

They work, sure.
But they don't taste very well, and leave that gross film - not just "dissolving away". My mouth did overly salivate because of the strips. They make my tongue a little numb.
And, if you hit in not quite the right spot - I'm not an idiot my bottom lip covers my lower teeth more, making it hard to put on the strip and pull down my lip enough to give clearance - it will begin to dissolve the strip immediately and you may not be able to position it properly.
That being said, it'll work, I just didn't care for them.

I don't reccommend these- they were messy, had a bad taste, and dried out my mouth.
I tried the free sample from my gym. When applying them a corner got stuck to my lip and it wouldn't come off. Then when they were dissolving, they were foaming and tasted horrible. It seemed to take forever to dissolve. I just wanted them off, so I kept swishing with water and thought they were gone. I then went to bed, but woke up in the middle of the night - my mouth was SO dry. In the morning my lips were glued together from the residue. ICK
