The Litebook is a waste of money. Don't buy it. It has done absolutely nothing for my depression. Had I realized it sooner, I would have returned it, but of course you have to try it long enough so as to pass the return date.Customer Review: Let there be light!

This litebook is a Godsend. I was diagnosed with SAD by a doctor who also suffers from it. This excellent product is easy to use and requires less time b/c of its intensity. I highly recommend it.
