I never thought these little discs would work, but they REALLY do. I tore my earlobe when my earring caught in my ear muff last winter and was having difficulty wearing earrings because one earring was lower than the other due to the torn lobe. These small adhesive discs stay in place behind your lobe and hold your earrings in place for a week or more! I don't really wear heavy earrings, so I don't know how they would work on those, but they keep my gold hoops in place wonderfully. Highly recommend.
