I love this product even more than my teeter hang up. The hang up is great if you don't get dizzy easy. I do, so the back stretcher is a godsend. I use it with the Real-Ease neck thingy twice a day along with the thera cane and notice a lot of improvement. Of course we all need to strengthen our core for lasting effects. So sit ups need to be in the regime too.

I did notice there is one simular to this one that is a lot cheaper. I wish I had bought that one, but I wanted mine right away so I bought mine at a local store.
