This is a wonderful product for anyone with lumbar spine issues. It gives the lower back a terrific stretch and relieves tension in that area. Certainly cheaper and maybe more effective than numerous trips to the chiropractor. It is well made, easy to understand and truly portable. A very sound investment and if used freguently, will help to keep the spine in proper alignment and aid in the maintenance of the proper curvature in the lower back.
