This is a wonderful product for anyone with lumbar spine issues. It gives the lower back a terrific stretch and relieves tension in that area. Certainly cheaper and maybe more effective than numerous trips to the chiropractor. It is well made, easy to understand and truly portable. A very sound investment and if used freguently, will help to keep the spine in proper alignment and aid in the maintenance of the proper curvature in the lower back.Customer Review: I've noticed some improvement!

Wow, did this thing ever hurt when I first started using it! Let me clarify, when I first got on it I experienced pain for a few minutes and then after that it actually felt good. If I could just remember to use it everyday, I think my back would stop hurting! I recommend it if you have lower back pain.
One extra note, I've found that wearing a back brace when I'm around the house has really helped my lower back pain.

I really love my Lumbar Extender. The first time I used it, I was honestly afraid. Things were stretching that I didn't know I had! But after a few minutes, I started to feel things "fall into place" in my body.
I use it often, and if it wasn't so heavy (don't get me wrong - the metal base is a good thing - I don't think plastic would survive without being significantly larger), I'd take it traveling with me too.

I have had good luck with this product. I wake up these days with no or minimal back pain. I used this at the lowest setting for a cpl of weeks and have started using it at the second setting. I spoke 2 my chiropractor about this and she said it shud help with lower back pain in between adjustments.
product looks flimsy, but after using it i can make out that its built to last !!!!

The lumber extender is easy to assemble, portable, and provides a great lower back stretch. My husband uses it daily and really enjoys it, the first setting was too low but the middle setting is perfect. It is easy to use and really helps reduce back stress and pain. If getting a full lower back stretch is what you need then get this lumbar extender you'll truly like it.
